Application:
The tool can be used solely or connected with Y211-115 (251 Type) packer for operations of formation testing by layer, oil production by layer, water separation by layer and the like, featured by simple structure, short length, reliable setting and especially convenient operation.

III. Working Principle:
Support the tool on the bottom hole or on Y211 tool, lower down a tube pillar, pressurize, shear off pins, compact the rubber packer, and seal the annulus of the oil jacket annulus. When deblocking is required, it is only necessary to lift the pipe string up.

IV. Notes
1.Use corresponding drift size gauge for drifting before the packer is lowered down, and casing scraper for scraping.
2.Keep the setting position of the packer away from the casing coupling.
3.Keep the descending speed of each packer no less than 10 seconds uniformly.
4.Ensure no leakage by ground pressure test, and keep the sealing packer rubber intact.
5.Ensure the distance between tail pipes or supports not bigger than 40m.
