I. Application:
 
The packer is mainly used in fracturing, sand prevention, acidification, water plugging, leakage finding, sealing and the like.

III. Working Principle
 
Descend the packer to a preset position together with the pipe string, add hydraulic pressure from the oil tube to form differential pressure among oil jackets by the effect of a throttler, expand the packer rubber for attaching it to the wall of the casing, thereby sealing the oil jacket annulus. When the pressure of the oil tube is discharged, the packer rubber can automatically retrieve to release.

IV. Notes
 
1.Use corresponding drift size gauge for drifting before the packer is lowered down and casing scraper for scraping.
 
2.Keep the setting position of the packer away from the casing coupling.
 
3.Check all sealed parts by ground pressure test to ensure no leakage, and record spreading pressure of the packer rubber.
 
4.Determine the opening pressure of the throttler according to the spreading pressure.
 
5.Select suitable packer rubber according to temperature of wells.
 
Finish the construction process of filling solid particles without stopping midway.
