III. Working Principle
Dropping: The packer is connected on the pipe string directly, then the positioning convex lug is located at the bottom dead centre, the oil tube is lift at certain height to be rotated rightly, the pipe string is lowered down while rotating the torque to the right, the cone body stretches the slips open to clamp the wall of the casing, and the packer rubber is compacted and sealed in the annulus space of the oil jacket.
Deblocking: Only by lifting the pipe string up.
1.Use corresponding drift size gauge for drifting before the packer is descended into the well, and use casing scraper to carry out scraping.
2.Check whether the adopted packer is consistent with the specification of casing.
3.Keep the setting position of the packer away from the casing coupling.
4.Keep the descending speed of each packer in 10 seconds uniformly.
5.Check whether rails of the packer are flexible and reliable before descending into the well.
