Our drilling tool stabilizer can be classified by main structure into:
1. Integrated type; integrated mandrel sleeve replaceable type; 3. Up-down mandrel sleeve replaceable type;
The main body (or mandrel) is made from high quality alloy steel, and can reach the expected hardness, strength and impact resistance by special heat treatment. The connecting threads satisfy the API standard, and the surfaces of the threads are subjected to copper plating or phosphorization, and are coated with protective oil and provided with a protective cap. The stabilizer is provided with stress dispersion slots and is subjected to cold rolling.
The belt that rubs with the wall is a triple helix belt or four-helix belt or straight belt according to customer demands. The surface of the belt is subjected to hardening by the method that the surface of the belt pillar, the upper and the lower oblique shoulders are coldly embedded with high-quality tungsten carbide pillars. Or the surfaces are paved with a layer of particle hard alloy according to customer demands.
The main body (or mandrel) is tested qualified by ultrasonic wave and magnetic particle inspection.
